We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue targets and managing existing client relationships while constantly seeking new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue generation and achieve sales targets
– Identify, qualify, and secure new clients in the corporate, government, and leisure sectors
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to potential clients
– Conduct regular market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and a high level of client satisfaction
– Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
– Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
– Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
– Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Willingness to travel as needed
