Anesthesia Specialist

Job Description

Provides technical and clinical support to anaesthesia care providers with in the Department of Anaesthesia. Responds immediately to Operating Room calls that request assistance regarding anaesthesia supplies, pharmaceuticals, blood products, forms, equipment or other items required during the surgical procedure.

Skills

• Oral and written English is required to carry out duties properly and promptly and be familiar with names of the anesthesia equipment, pharmacological agents and surgical procedures and medical terminology.

• Must be emotionally stable and in good physical health.

• Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint Presentations, Outlook and Word.
