Based:Oman / Gulf – Various cities in Oman.
Requirements: The candidate / lecturer or technician must fit the requirements below:
1) The candidate-lecturer inSpecialisations has to have purespecialisation studies, not less than a Master’s degree. Meaning the bachelor’s, master’s and PhD have to be with the same major orspecialisation.
2) The candidate-lecturer has to have taught thespecialisation subjects for at least 4 years for a Master’s degree holder and 2 years for a PhD degree holder.
3) Requirement for English language lectures/ teachers are at least a master’s or bachelor’s in English teaching or relevant major (ELT, Linguistics, Education-English Language), CELTA, DELTA, TOEFL, TEFL etc. of English teaching certificates, at least 2 years teaching experience in a college or university, and IELTS of 7.5 score is required.
4) The candidate-technician has to have a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field, 4 years post degree experience in teaching, at least 3 years of that teaching to college level or adult students, and some years in industry experience.
5) Age limit 56.
6) Please email your CV, attested copies of college degrees and transcripts that show the subjects he/she studied, attested copies of other certificates, letters of experience, copies of passport, and photo.
7) In some cases the college transcripts (Mark Cards) are requested by the client college for evaluation. The reason the colleges may ask for the transcripts is to evaluate that the candidate did in factspecialise in the required discipline and took thespecialisation courses in his/her college studies.
Hours:Full time.
