Opportunity review and analysis in particular in 2 main areas (starting 2015)
+ Online shopping (e and mCommerce). How to comprehensively move transactions from ‘physical’ to ‘online’
+ eLife. An in-depth analysis of how consumer behaviour is moving on line and the development and implementation of a strategy which ensures we are operating in this space

Alignment with key stakeholders

Achieving management buy in to the strategy

Implementation of the agreed strategy

Contributing to the overall yearly Digital Marketing plan

Develop and implement an integrated design strategy, digital customer experience roadmap aligned with long-term strategic objectives and corporate goals.

Define customer journeys for customer interactions across channels for OO customers

Implement and manage a system of measuring and reporting KPI achievement/ gaps for design experiences delivered

Responsible to deliver the revenue targets for Digital and Innovation

Responsible to deliver the savings targets for Digital and Innovation

Responsible for the design, creation, development and marketing of new products which act on opportunities highlighted as part of opportunity assessments and agreed cross functionally as part of the overall NPD process

Responsible for modifying existing products and services to ensure they remain relevant to customers’ requirements during its lifetime (Product Lifecycle Management)

Responsible for retiring products when they reach the end of their relevant lifetime

Manage all budgets allocated for digital services products for all design / UX related activities

Ensure audit and legal requirements are met and fulfilled in order to ensure benefits of OO are never compromised

Ensure compliance with OO process requirements in order to ensure effective governance.

Ensure updated and efficient information records and analysis in order to assist in unit planning, monitoring and performance management

Ensure Digital RACI process adherence and proper gate wise process followed in order to avoid issues from non-compliance
8+ years overall working experience preferably in telecommunications or social media

5 years’ experience in a product management position

5 years’ experience of managing vendor relationships

Significant knowledge of product development and lifecycle management

Good understanding of Analytics tools like Clevertap, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity…

Track record of defining successful strategic visions based upon competitive analysis

Track record of project execution through driving high quality cross functional teams

Ability to work effectively within related industries such as digital agencies, app development, utilities, banking and social media

Understanding of finance, statistics and analytics

Ability to understand the market through sophisticated analysis.

Ability to translate the analysis into easily digestible communications and presentations

Fluent in written and spoken English – Arabic a plus
