<strong>About The Job</strong><p><br></p><strong>Roles & Responsabilities</strong><p><br></p>Reporting to the R&I Department, as a PMO Manager, you will<p><br></p><strong>Demonstrate Project Management Excellence at every step</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Advocate project management excellence by utilizing & maximizing its key principles</li><li>Successfully lead & close projects within your domain</li><li>Advocate best practices & key learnings in the organization</li><li>Lead innovation, renovation and efficiency projects and close post-mortem, driving continuous improvement. Utilize best practices & key learnings to influence cross-functional stakeholders in decision making</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Portray thought Leadership on Project Management Methods & Tools</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Optimize use of project management methods & tools</li><li>Seek external insights in new & innovative project management methods & tools and brings this into the organization</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Strive for continuous profitable growth</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Realize value through innovation, renovation and efficiency</li><li>Oversee that projects are aligned with other projects in the organization and are aligned with the business strategy</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Influence stakeholders & drive decision making</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders</li><li>Complete an assessment of stakeholders to understand motivators, drivers and goals</li><li>Steering business decisions with others</li><li>Ensure any decision contributes to the KPIs of the project and is able to influence stakeholders on this</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Manage cross-functional Planning & Execution</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Leading a cross-functional team through project execution</li><li>Use different techniques to solve project problems or facilitates the team to finding a solution</li><li>Maintain an up to date and aligned planning</li><li>Pro-actively manage and/ or mitigate project risks and communicates this regularly to stakeholders</li><li>Continuously seek project improvement</li><li>Continuously revisit planning and identify possibilities for reducing time, i.e. crash the schedule, fast track</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Unlock optimized value of Business Opportunities in line with strategy</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Maximize business opportunities</li><li>Challenge improvements on the Business Case towards the project team</li></ul> About you<p><br></p><strong>Profile</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>You have 3 to 4 years of experience in Project Management</li><li>You are agile with IT tools for project management and database, such as MS Project/PowerBi/Excel… </li><li>You have a good understanding of FMCG problematics </li><li>You have robust soft skills in transversal leadership and emotional intelligence</li></ul> About us<p><br></p>At <strong>Centrale Danone,</strong> we believe that each time we eat and drink, we can vote for the world we want.
