<strong>Overview / Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p>Wood is recruiting for a Senior Process Control Engineer to work in Al-Khobar, SA<p><br><br></p><ul><li> Responsible for the development of Process Control requirements for projects which includes: Control and Operating Philosophy, Cause and Effects charts, Process Control Narratives, HAZOP and general control requirements </li><li> Be responsible for the co-ordination and progress of process control design for one or more projects, as assigned. </li><li> Liaise with Suppliers’ representatives and other departments on all matters relating to process control design for assigned projects. </li><li> Liaise with Suppliers’ representatives and other departments on all matters relating to process control design for assigned projects. </li><li> arryout Dynamic Simulation Studies. </li><li> Provide technical support to sales activities. </li><li> Provide consultancy after contract award with Client in assessing or assisting in the definition of process control user requirements. </li><li> Provide support to control system factory acceptance test at Vendor/supplier’s site. </li><li> Provide site assistance at start-up, with process control issues during commissioning and hand over to client. <br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Skills / Qualifications</strong><p><br><br></p><ul><li> BS in Chemical Engineering with 10 – 15 years of relevant experience in the field </li><li> Basic Knowledge of developing H&MB, PFD’s, P&ID’s, MSD’s </li><li> Ability to perform Hydraulic calculations and various equipment sizing </li><li> Basic Knowledge in Relief and Blowdown calculations </li><li> Ability of developing Process Simulation <br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Company Overview</strong><p><br></p>Wood is a global leader in consulting and engineering, helping to unlock solutions to critical challenges in energy and materials markets.
