Job Description

<strong>Role Purpose<br><br></strong>To manage maintenance in the facilities and be responsible for training staff and ensuring the smooth running of upkeep or repair operations.<br><br><strong>Job Accountabilities &amp; Activities<br></strong><ul><li> Advance the basic electronic principles. Able to interprets blueprint and schematic component. Able to follow basic troubleshoot.</li><li> Advance Exhibit basic knowledge of electrical symbols. Apply basic electrical principles of motors (linear, servo, AC induction, DC motor). Understand single line diagram. Able to diagnose any technical problem at Electrical system.</li><li> Intermediate knowledge of basic program Logic controller (PLC). Exhibits knowledge of legend PLC. Able to diagnose any technical problem at PLC control.</li><li> Measure and adjust hydraulic pressure. Read and interpret basic hydraulic symbol and schematic. Inspect/replace damaged or faulty hydraulic line. Able to diagnose any technical problem at Hydraulic system.</li><li> Perform to interprets basic pneumatic symbol. Interpret pneumatic principle. Perform to diagnose any technical problem at Pneumatic system.</li><li> Able to measure with measuring tooling. Use appropriate measurement instrument.</li><li> Demonstrate knowledge of appropriate set-up procedure. Able to interpret principle of mechanism.</li><li> Delegation work to subordinates, focus on middle-level, middle value activities. Lead subordinate, encourages input from other team members; value and uses individual difference and talents to achieve team goals.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Education &amp; Certifications<br></strong><ul><li> Diploma in Mechanical Engineer (Industrial).<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Years Of Experience<br></strong><ul><li> 5 years of experience as industrial electrician.</li><li> Knowledge of ISO, API &amp; safety procedures.</li><li> Knowledge of lock Out / Tag out procedures, safety requirements, OSHA requirements.</li></ul>
