<p>Responsibility &amp; Focus<br><br></p><ul><li>Work with the Experience Design Manager for web services and creatives to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.</li><li>Develop a strong relationship with the SEO vertical within the Experience Design practice and consider opportunities to drive cross-channel learning &amp; integration.</li><li>Lead and manage end-to-end web development projects and creative projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.</li><li>Actively participate in preparing and developing case studies for web services and creatives.</li><li>Proactively bring new ideas to the team through innovative solutions and product enhancements, develop them and provide a strategy for monetization.</li><li>Have a deep level awareness of the changing landscape for web technologies, UX and Creative Design.</li><li>Cultivate strong client relationships for the accounts you will be managing, providing excellent client-servicing, project management, and promptly escalating any issues as needed.</li><li>Focus on developing leadership, technical, and management skills required for future growth.</li><li>Support business growth and development for new pitches and defend existing clients.</li><li>Develop, manage, and monitor client investment for assigned accounts.</li></ul><p>Main Task<br><br></p><ul><li>Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.</li><li>Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessment, and monitor project progress.</li><li>Conduct regular project status meetings, communicate updates to stakeholders, and address any issues or concerns.</li><li>Coordinate with the executive (if any) and technical team to ensure CMS functionality meets project requirements and aligns with industry best practices.</li><li>Coordinate with the executive (if any) to ensure that the vendor’s work is of high quality before it is shared with the client.</li><li>Provide training and support to internal users on CMS usage, workflows, and best practices.</li><li>Coordinate project schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.</li><li>Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other creative team members to execute creative projects, including graphic design, multimedia production, and branding initiatives.</li><li>Review and provide feedback on creative assets to ensure high-quality output.</li><li>Ensure projects align with client requirements, brand guidelines, and industry standards.</li><li>Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and the adoption of new tools or technologies.</li><li>Adhere to Publicis Groupe policies and procedures at each stage of the project.</li><li>Manage project documentation, including project plans, specifications, and technical documentation.</li><li>Report insightful feedback to manager, supported with solid research and analysis.</li><li>Develop and foster account relationships both with colleagues and clients.</li></ul><p><br><br></p><p>Business<br><br></p><ul><li>Be a transformational talent who profoundly understands the practice’s purpose and role within the group.</li><li>Utilize multiple sources of information to develop solutions and recommendations for clients.</li><li>Continuously seek ways to enhance our current products and services.</li><li>Support the management team with new business proposals when required.</li></ul><p><br><br></p><p>Innovative<br><br></p><ul><li>Actively participates in preparing and developing case studies for regional and international awards.</li><li>Demonstrate a growth mindset in product innovation and diversification.</li><li>Encourage new ways of thinking and applies the proper techniques, tools and solutions to answer a brief while leveraging the latest technology for web service &amp; Arabic is a plus.<br><br></p></li><li><p>Excellent analytical skills.<br><br></p></li><li><p>Strong collaborative and communication skills.<br><br></p></li><li><p>Ability to manage workload with changing demands.<br><br></p></li></ul>
