<p>The ideal candidate will develop relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention. You act as a consultant by developing account strategies that provide the greatest opportunities to drive revenue.</p><p><br></p><p>Come join us in our global Wiseasy family! We are looking for new Wiseasiers who are open-minded, self-directed, resourceful, enjoy making a difference and help improve the business to become better!</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Strategise and ensure the forecasted sales targets, revenue, profit margin and payment collections are achieved.</li><li>Develop new key clients and foster strong relationships (Middle-East &amp; Africa regions) to maximize solution sales and customer satisfaction. Attend exhibitions, trade shows, organize localised marketing campaigns to create leads.</li><li>Lead the engagement of existing and potential clients and stakeholders (owners, partners, banks, government bodies, etc) to win new business, and grow existing customer accounts.</li><li>Provide a continuous target improvement focus, sales cadence on pipeline creation, forecasting and market expertise to the business.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely submission in CRM for quotation, sales forecast, delivery/backlog, inventory, collection and expense reports.</li><li>Collaborate with global sales, pre-sales and R&amp;D team (in China) to provide support for local clients.</li><li>Comply with Wiseasy’s policies and procedures to commit to honest and ethical business conduct.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering or related field.</li><li>At least 5 years relevant working experience in sales management, marketing in a global company.</li><li>Relevant experience in digital payment industry is an added advantage.</li><li>Experienced working cross-functionally in a global, culturally diverse team.</li><li>Analytical, strong organizational skills and with strong commercial acumen.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Open-minded, positive working attitude, able to multi-task.</li><li>Independent, pro-active and taking ownership and accountability for assignments.</li><li>Able to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).</li><li>Proficient in English and local language. Knowledge in Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking colleagues is an added advantage.</li><li>Travelling may be required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><em>*Only shortlisted candidates will be selected for interviews.</em></p>
