Product Development Manager

<p>We are looking for a Product Development Manager to help us develop our new product which the company has launched. This is a collaborative position, as you must determine what the consumer wants and design a product that meets that need. <span>The individual must be creative and inspired to join our family as a Product Development Manager. Your responsibility will be to ensure the product is built with integrity, and intention and aligned with our brand vision and values. You will need to create the production chain from A to Z and be responsible for the whole process of the new product which will be presented to the kids and their parents. Therefore, the candidate must have strong knowledge of working in the </span>children’s toys and entertainment industry. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Research and compare market to find specific needs </li><li>Organise showrooms to present the product to the kids/parents</li><li>Be responsible for the advertisement and social networks</li><li>Hire and train team to sell the product </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a design field</li><li>Some years of developing products experience</li><li>Leadership or management experience</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Must have 2+ years of experience in the <span>children’s toys and entertainment industry</span></li><li>Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Excellent organisational and time management skills with an appropriate sense of urgency</li><li>Commitment and superior attention to detail</li><li>Strong analytical skills</li><li>Ability to cost negotiate and understand cost drivers, margin, and landing factors</li><li>Understanding of the Moroccan market and way of thinking of the middle class and upper class of society</li><li>Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing work environment</li><li>Ability to create and develop social networks</li><li>Preferably have a car</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
