<strong>Overview / Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p>Wood is looking for a Document Controller to join our team in Dubai.<p><br><br></p><ul><li> Administer Document Control services to Projects </li><li> Maintain accurate electronic and hard copy libraries for project management systems </li><li> Register, quality check, issue and distribute technical documentation to internal and external parties. Create transmittals to facilitate distribution according to Project Distribution Matrices </li><li> Register, quality check, issue and distribute Vendor / Client / Third party documentation to internal and external parties. Create transmittals to facilitate distribution according to Project Distribution Matrices </li><li> Manage timely turnaround of documentation accompanied by an awareness of project schedule / milestones </li><li> Return of documentation to Vendor / Client / Third Party </li><li> Maintain hard copy and electronic management systems </li><li> Liaise / resolve queries with Engineers and Project Team </li><li> Facilitate handover of deliverables to Client </li><li> Archive project documentation <br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Skills / Qualifications</strong><p><br><br></p><ul><li> Possess a good understanding of project Document Control System requirements </li><li> A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail required </li><li> Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Word and Excel <br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Company Overview</strong><p><br></p>Wood is a global leader in consulting and engineering, helping to unlock solutions to critical challenges in energy and materials markets.
