Rixos Qetaifan Island North
Opening in 2023, Rixos Qetaifan Island North will comprise a 345-key hotel, along with a souq encompassing 11,000sqm of leasing space, a beach club, a theme park, and a waterpark. The resort will boast panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Rixos plans to provide a platform for showcasing Qatar as a tourism destination. One of the country’s biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North’s Waterpark attraction. The Icon Tower is the world’s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.
CCTV Operator
This position is responsible for operating and maintaining surveillance equipment, watching both live and recorded video surveillance footage, reporting incidents or suspicious behaviour to the Security Supervisor – CCTV/Assistant Security Manager/Security Manager

What you will be doing:
– Operating and monitoring all surveillance security systems/cameras within the waterpark in an efficient manner and in compliance with the operating procedures, legislation and best practice
– Recording all events, incidents and actions taken in a clear, legible and accurate written format
– To maintain a secure system for providing data in accordance with the company rules and regulations
– Ensure the security of the control room and equipment is maintained at all times
– Perform daily system checks to ensure the equipment such as cameras, recording and retrieval systems are working properly and to keep record of it
– Report equipment failure to the Management
– Providing efficient and courteous radio and telephone answering service and deal efficiently with all enquiries
– Liaising with the management to ensure the appropriate use of the CCTV system and to include all evidential records and witness statements to a standard acceptable to the rules of evidence
