Description
* Take ownership of KPI framework, aligning it with organisational goals. Develop and implement measurement processes, setting targets and analysing data for improvement.
* Review and approve robust and transparent policies and processes for confirming KPIs, continuously enhancing measurement effectiveness.
* Approve format and content of performance reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Identify performance improvement opportunities, collaborate on strategies and initiatives, and approve cross-departmental initiatives.
* Lead and engage Strategy & Excellence team, mentor team members, and collaborate with other departments for aligned performance goals.
