Job Description:
β’ Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and Chairman, including managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, personal errands and family matters
β’ Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required (including bioβs, resumes, profiles and presentations)
β’ Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a professional and efficient work environment
β’ Coordinate internal and external communications, including drafting emails, meeting memos/summaries, and announcements.
β’ Manage office budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions and coordinate with office accounting and finance teams to ensure seamless operation.
