ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a results-driven and enthusiastic Tele-Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate company based in Dubai. As a Tele-Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads, setting appointments, and driving sales growth through effective outbound calling on leads and data. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a client-centric approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

– Attend Inbound leads and qualify client based on their interest and intent to purchase
– Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases
– Understand Dubai real estate and products to handle basic client queries
– Effectively communicate the value proposition of our company and offerings to generate leads and appointments
– Schedule qualified appointments for field agents to meet with potential clients
– Follow up on fresh leads, which are not attended to by the agents as and when when provided
– Overall follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of appointments in the CRM system
– Provide detailed information to potential clients about our available properties and services
– Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process, including pre-sales and after-sales support
– Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide guidance to potential clients
– Update and maintain client databases and records in the CRM system
– Collaborate with the sales team to track and report progress on sales activities
– Verify agents’ feedback by calling the leads and gathering proper feedback
– Speak with potential prospects on company website chat window and WhatsApp and get their details in order to convert them to a lead
– Provide daily / weekly and monthly report to the line manager about work progress
– Work in collaboration with lead coordinator to ensure that leads are assigned in timely manner
