Development Manager – Hospitality Design

Job Description

• Ideal candidate would be with an architectural background in hospitality projects, including hotels and resorts.
• Understanding of Project lifecycle from hospitality perspective
• Have an extensive experience in design development process from Concept design though various stages till issue of construction drawings.
• Extensive technical co-ordination with different stake holders including various engineering disciplines, lead concept designers, Hotel operators, interior designers, FF&E designers, landscape designers, art consultants,
• Familiarity and experience with brands’ design guidelines/standards
• Understanding of applicable codes/design standards/jurisdiction authority/required approvals.
• Understanding of project budget & cost involving design, construction cost breakdown in various categories and preferably operational cost
