Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial re-measurement of contract works to establish a baseline for accurate quantity surveying.
• Measure quantities of work done, ensuring precise and reliable calculations.
• Certify completed quantities, verifying their accuracy and compliance with contract specifications.
• Review and validate the estimated remaining quantities provided by the contractor for inclusion in the program of completion.
• Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure accurate and timely quantity surveying.
• Provide detailed reports on the progress of quantity surveying activities, highlighting any discrepancies or issues that require attention.
• Monitor and manage cost variations, identifying potential risks and recommending appropriate measures to mitigate them.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect ongoing works and assess their alignment with the quantity surveying measurements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any disputes or claims related to quantity surveying.
