Director – Sector Lead – New Energies

Job Description

* The role exists to lead in marketing activities, origination of new business, execution of transactions and providing strategic and business development support. This role acts as Sector Lead for New Energies, in terms of origination/execution – this is primarily for the hydrogen value chain including ammonia, as well as carbon capture and sequestration, but the role holder will also be involved in origination for oil/gas and petrochemicals

Description

* The role requires extensive knowledge of Project Finance theory, practice, documentation and execution and may include knowledge of other financing approaches such as trade, leasing and asset finance
* Leading deal teams in the marketing for, origination of and execution of transactions for both advisory and
* lending
* As appropriate, input and guidance on financial modelling and analysis for projects as leader of an advisory team.
* Understanding the Bank’s internal procedures and processes, and relevant regulations and compliance matters and applying them correctly and in compliance with all rules and regulations and monitoring and supporting junior staff in doing so.
