Job Description: HVAC Operations Manager
Location: Oman
Guildhall is recruiting on behalf our client who is seeking an experienced HVAC Operations Manager to oversee and manage the operations of their HVAC division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing HVAC sales, after-sales service, installation, and maintenance departments. The candidate should also have experience working for a distributor of HVAC units. This role will involve leading a team, achieving business targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
β’ Lead and manage the sales, after-sales service, installation, and maintenance departments of the HVAC division.
β’ Accountable for the division’s profit and loss (P&L) performance, ensuring financial targets are met.
β’ Lead special projects, including installations and projects in the oil and gas sector.
β’ Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team and service engineers, setting and achieving business targets.
β’ Ensure the delivery of high-quality service by leading the technical team and implementing best practices.
β’ Manage contracting and installation works, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
β’ Generate business through HVAC installers, contractors, corporates, consultants, real estate entities, and end-users of SKM units.
β’ Develop and maintain strong business-to-business (B2B) relationships with consultants, real estate developers, corporates, and main contractors.
β’ Convert existing installations into annual maintenance contracts (AMC) to enhance customer retention.
β’ Address customer complaints and lead the technical team in providing permanent solutions.
β’ Manage the warranty process and ensure timely resolution of issues.
β’ Collaborate and coordinate with other departments to meet job requirements and ensure smooth operations.
β’ Direct and oversee the operations of the organization, including daily sales reviews, installation activities, and facilities maintenance services.
β’ Develop and implement strategies, policies, and processes to grow the business.
β’ Oversee the design, sales, supply, installation, commissioning, and after-sales service of HVAC equipment, including VRF systems, AHUs, heat exchangers, thermal storage systems, boilers, steam systems, and solar AC.
β’ Provide leadership and support to the sales networks, facilitating design, sales, and installation activities.
β’ Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently, meeting customer expectations and sales backlog generation.
β’ Develop and implement business strategies, policies, and processes to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
