Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:
• Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, video editors, and motion graphics artists by providing guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback, ensuring the delivery of exceptional creative solutions.
• Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive team environment that fosters creativity, professional growth, and a commitment to excellence.
• Set clear goals and objectives for the team, monitor their progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

2. Creative Strategy:
• Develop and execute the creative strategy for DEI’s souvenir imaging products, aligning it with the partner’s/attractions overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the creative team to gain insights into guests’ preferences and market trends, translating them into innovative souvenir product ideas and designs.
• Continuously explore new techniques, technologies, and trends to enhance the creative process and establish DEI as a differentiator in the market.
• Contribute to pitch presentations and RFPs.

3. Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders (e.g., operations team, procurement team) to understand their creative requirements and ensure alignment.
• Engage with external stakeholders, including partners, to gather feedback, understand their needs, and build strong relationships to support the development and successful launch of new products.

4. Design Execution and Quality Assurance:
• Oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring the creation of high-quality visual assets that adhere to partners’ brand guidelines and exceed customer expectations.
• Conduct regular design reviews to maintain consistency, quality, and alignment with the partner’s visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate designs into various channels, including digital platforms, print materials, and retail spaces.

5. Innovation and Product Development:
• Drive the ideation and development of new souvenir imaging products, leveraging market insights, customer feedback, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate closely with teams to assess the feasibility and commercial viability of new product concepts, ensuring alignment with DEI’s and partners’ strategic objectives.
• Explore new materials, production techniques, and sustainable practices that enhance the value proposition of company’s products.
