Soft Services Manager – 5* hotel experience – Tabukh, KSA

Our client is an established and reputable FM service provider. They are currently seeking a Soft Services Manager to join their KSA operation based in Tabuk, KSA

Responsibilities
• Ensures the delivery of quality housekeeping and cleaning by managing a blue collar team
• Ensures contract compliance adhering to SLAs and KPIs
• Ensures Health and Safety compliance
• Completes personnel appraisals for his staff
