Design Director (Architecture & Engineering)

Job Description

My client a large Architecture & Engineering consultancy, is seeking a Design Director to lead a talented multidisciplinary team on a variety of projects across KSA.

Suitable candidates who fulfil the following criteria are invited to apply.

– Degree in Architecture or Engineering Discipline
– 20+ year experience with at least 5 years leading a large multidisciplinary design team
– Middle East experience is a strong advantage with projects in KSA desirable
– Excellent leadership skills and able to inspire a team to preform
– Strong business development and client facing skills are a must
– Up to date knowledge of all developments in design software
– Strong technical skills to ensure designs are following the brief and getting value for the client.
