Our Client

Our client are a leading Managed Services company in the region with a large range of offerings across Cyber Security, Cloud & Hosting. They are looking for a permanent Network & Security Engineer to be based in Dubai.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will provide multi-technology technical support services to clients to analyze and provide support on all Networking & Security aspects of WAN, LAN, Wireless LAN, Firewall and cloud infrastructure and related technology components.
  • You will also be responsible for ensuring optimal functioning of Network & Security Products.

Your Qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ experience professional technical experience related to Networking & Security technology managed services environment.
  • A good understanding of technical support services and managed service offerings
  • Hands on experience configuration/optimisation of multi-vendor Networking & Security products such as: F5, Barracuda, SentinelOne, Forcepoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet & Cisco.
  • Troubleshooting and problem experience.
  • Has a fair knowledge of VPN including SSL, GRE and IPSec.
