Looking for Success Factors Implementation Specialist in Doha.<p><br></p>Start date: Jul 2023<p><br></p>End date: 30 Jun 2025<p><br></p>Location: Doha, Onshore<p><br></p>Contract duration: 2 years<p><br></p><strong><u>Qualifications &amp; Experience Required</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.</li><li>Proven experience working on SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.</li><li>Ability to syndicate stakeholders around digital issues.</li><li>Broad understanding of HR processes, related concepts, and techniques.</li><li>Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management, Recruiting, etc.</li><li>Ability to document requirements in ‘unambiguous’ manner.</li><li>Experience in HR process optimization and change management is a plus.</li><li>Technical understanding and ability to understand how systems and technology can help solve business problems.</li><li>Fluent English both spoken and written.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>If interested, kindly apply.</strong>
