Our <strong>Project Management Department </strong>would like to welcome an experienced </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Process Specialist</strong> in our office in <strong>Amman, Jordan</strong> </p><p><br></p><p>As a Process Specialist you will be responsible for creating process maps, process documentation, gathering, and analyzing data, and providing insights to improve operational efficiency &amp; productivity through process optimization and automation. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li>Develop process maps and flowcharts to document current and future state processes </li><li>Gather and map relevant data to process steps </li><li>Conduct data-driven analysis to identify areas of improvement </li><li>Identify gaps between current and future state processes </li><li>Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process improvements </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes </li><li>Lead brainstorming workshops involving external stakeholders </li><li>Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures </li><li>Ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables </li><li>Monitor process performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics </li><li>Support senior managers in conducting interviews, workshops, and presentations </li><li>Conduct process audits to ensure compliance with established procedures </li></ul><p> </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies </strong></p><ul><li>Stakeholder management </li><li>Knowledge in flowcharts, process mapping and improvements </li><li>Strong analytical skills </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience Requirements </strong></p><ul><li>2 years of professional experience in process excellence, business analysis, and software development </li><li>Proven work experience in business process management </li><li>Working knowledge and experience in an Agile Scrum environment </li><li>Financial industry experience is a plus </li><li>Six Sigma certification is a plus </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Perks </strong></p><p>Each of our offices has its special perks; be it ‘no ties’, free lunches, charity events, or a hybrid work policy – but whenever you walk into an Equiti office, you’re sure to see a friendly face.
