Are you considering a move abroad?<br><br>If you are interested in growing your career within one of the largest commercial insurers in the world and in one of the most dynamic and growing markets globally, then we would love to hear from you!<br><br>This role acts as a lead underwriter for the DIFC branch and broader MENA region, delivering on the overall strategy for sustainable and profitable growth (by acquisition of new business and organic growth on existing programmes) within the Property line of business.<br><br><strong>K</strong><strong>EY RESPONSIBILITIES:<br></strong><ul><li>Be an integral member of the team who delivers sustainable and profitable growth and to maximise cross-selling opportunities within the region. </li><li>Represent and promote Chubb at all levels across the region; to Brokers, Cedents, Clients and to all other internal and external partners. </li><li>Enhance visibility and develop external market awareness, provide flexible strategies to support changing market dynamics and to deliver exceptional service at all times. </li><li>Engage in and develop growth plans and improvement of profitability by reviewing the business operation and providing feedback to the Regional Property Manager. </li><li>Establish and deliver strong and consistent operational performance in respect of procedures, processes and controls including adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE!<br></strong><ul><li>ACII or progress towards is preferred though not essential</li><li>Technical knowledge of Property business preferred</li><li>Willingness to continue to develop both technical and broader business skills</li><li>Results driven with an ability to work on own initiative and deliver results</li><li>A professional who is recognised by the market that exudes all qualities expected of a Chubb Underwriter </li><li>Fluent in English (Arabic and/or French advantageous) <br><br></li></ul><strong>INTEGRITY.
