Financial Planning & Analysis Manager<p><br></p><strong>Department: </strong>Finance<p><br></p><strong>Background & Industry: </strong>Any industry could work but would be great if they had experience in fulfilment/logistics/last mile/retail/FCMG that could relate to our business models. Startup experience would be highly advantageous.<p><br></p><strong>Desired Ex- Companies: </strong>Any leading startups, or big corporates, or investment banks<p><br></p><strong>No of Team members: </strong>Will manage a team of 3-7 members<p><br></p><strong>Must have: </strong>4-5+ years of experience, good education (AUC/GUC/abroad), previous managerial experience<p><br></p><strong>Regular tasks : </strong>Has to be very skilled at financial modelling, building comprehensive budgets, strategic thinking, pricing analysis, investor relations, and preparing power points & investor decks. Needs to be a great people manager and have influential skills as they will be working with company leadership<p><br></p><strong>Ideal Requirements: </strong>Built a whole company budget from scratch, covered multiple countries, communicated with external parties well (investors, partners, etc
