"The Workforce development senior coordinator will assist in the development of the beneficiaries in target communities through providing tailored support and linkages to the market needs 

 

 

Core Responsibilities

Plans and organizes special networking events and job fairs, with partner employers to link job seekers with open vacancies
Conduct mapping exercise of employers and employment opportunities available in the targeted location in accordance with the results of the market assessment
Establish partnerships with employers, training providers in the designated areas to place JRF beneficiaries in entry-level jobs or professions jobs.
Following up with beneficiaries and employers to monitor satisfaction of job placement services and resolve any issues that may arise
Liaise with the project team on vocational skills mapping and identification of training service providers that align with the program vision
Identify and source beneficiaries based on employers' needs and criteria.
Place beneficiaries in decent jobs that adhere to the Jordanian labor law and follow up with employers and beneficiaries periodically.
Produces statistical, analytical, and narrative reports, including reports on reporting requirements, project expiry dates as well as any other reports.
 Evaluate the project activities, establish and implements mechanisms to systematically assess the achievement of results.
Review and update the WFD work plan throughout the program with guidance and management support from the Project Manager.
Ensures that the WFD coordinator staff is implementing the project activities in accordance with the terms.

 

Qualifications:

 Bachelor Degree in business administration or any related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience 
Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken)
