As a Senior Engagement Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of Oracle Health/Cerner solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

– Taking accountability for managing highly complex, multi-client or multi-facility projects, effectively coordinating resources, ensuring adherence to contractual commitments, and overseeing financials.
– Acting as a crucial escalation point for client and project risks, promptly addressing risks and issues to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
– Regularly reviewing project milestones with both the internal project team and external clients, ensuring alignment, and proactively identifying any necessary course corrections.
– Monitoring key performance indicators to assess project progress and intervening as needed to mitigate client risks and deliver the promised value to clients.
– Leading and supporting a team of highly influential associates responsible for delivering exceptional value to strategic clients, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
– Collaborating closely with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, to execute the client’s vision, objectives, and strategy, while ensuring alignment with the established methodology.
– Creating and maintaining detailed project plans, encompassing all necessary tasks, timelines, and deliverables, to effectively manage client and project objectives and drive successful outcomes.
