Job Description
– Responsible for the supervision of security officers and processes providing security and a safe environment while ensuring protection of guests, employees and property assets
– Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers
– Checks reports of recorded observations, information, occurrences and surveillance activities for the property
– Ensure that all security systems function smoothly. Initiate immediate corrective action when fault is detected
– Conduct patrols and regular checks on all Security Officers to assure that they are alert and discharging their duties efficiently and effectively
– Control and direct all emergency personnel traffic in response to fire, bomb threat, police assistance, injury or illness
– Supervise and control all aspects of key distribution according to policies and procedures of the waterpark/Hotel, and report any discrepancy immediately
– Assist Management, employees and guests in every way that is consistent with the protection and prevention objectives.
