Job Description
• Responsible for all commercial transactions and admin related activities of showroom
• Processing orders and making PI and sharing with Logistics.
• To be able to make payment receipts for all types of payments in real time and hand over to customer
• Responsible for payment collection from customer site if required
• Responsible for updating daily transactions to commercial team and showroom team
• Should be sending invoices to customer on same day along with copy of signed delivery note.
• Process sales return and generate credit note in system
• Should coordinate for deliveries and check all customer SOA before dispatch and proactively follow if any gap
• Third party payouts to be transferred as per showroom policy
• Customer refunds to be transferred as per showroom policy
• Monitor in-showroom deliveries and POD delivery payments to be followed
• Should be reviewing receivable reports every month
• Must maintain complete transaction history for each customer as to Primary order value to know the SOA of customer
