WSP Middle East are currently looking for a Planning? Manager to be part of our ongoing major project in Qatar.

Your new role, what’s involved?
* Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure a smooth and efficient construction process.
* Collaborate with the finance team to create and monitor project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
* Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication throughout all project phases.
* Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to address and mitigate them effectively.
* Regularly assess project progress against established timelines and milestones, promptly addressing any delays or deviations.
* Implement robust quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets the highest standards and adheres to all relevant regulations and codes.
* Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency and productivity.
* Provide timely and accurate project status reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and project milestones.
* Oversee the preparation and administration of contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring all parties comply with contractual obligations.
