Job Description

• Develop, write, and maintain detailed documentation for various business processes including, but not limited to, finance, operations, and marketing.
• Create, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and adherence to company and regulatory standards.
• Assist operational and internal audit teams during audits by providing necessary documentation and evidence of SOP compliance.
• Create and update process maps to accurately reflect current business procedures.
• Track the status of documentation deliverables and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide support in digitizing existing and new process documentation as part of the company’s digitization efforts.
• Develop and maintain operating manuals, ensuring they are up-to-date and comply with company standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to gather necessary information and understand the processes in-depth.
• Represent our company in client meetings, effectively communicating to build and strengthen client relationships
