Associate Director – Hospitality Asset Management

Job Description

Associate Director of Hospitality Asset Management is responsible for supporting business objectives, fostering customer relationships, executing business development, and providing support for the launch and operations of upcoming/new projects in Hospitality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and direct the team to ensure all aspects of Hospitality operations meet development plans
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing & new clients, sponsors, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Manage hospitality assets P&L to maximize investment performance of assigned portfolio
• Monitor alignment of asset’s quality and standards with the overall Asset Management strategy
• Assist in development of detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines for each hospitality development project
• Monitor and examine operating performance of the assets to ensure maximum ROI on each asset
• Review monthly & quarterly operating performance, business plans and strategic plans
• Review annual budgets and other CAPEX budgets of the hospitality assets submitted by operators
• Recommend senior leadership and operators of cross-functional SLAs with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders
• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the hospitality establishment
• Provide leadership and guidance to the Hospitality team, creating a high-performance culture
