Our client is a leading real estate developer in the UAE, that specializes in strategic mixed-use community projects, and is responsible for the building & development of some of the major residential communities and tourism destinations in the country.

The Senior Manager, Marketing & Branding role would include supporting business objectives, fostering customer relationships, executing business development, and providing marketing and sales support for the launch and operations of new projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and direct the team to ensure all aspects of Brand & Marketing Operations meet Strategic and Commercial development plans. The selected individual is expected to:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing & new clients, sponsors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships and communication channels with external stakeholders, vendors, and partners to ensure integrated and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
• Identify strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance marketing efforts and reach.
• Liase with key stakeholders to define target markets, positioning, and messaging to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Identify and pursue comprehensive marketing strategies, such as website optimization, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising, in line with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Track and analyse planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns & initiatives across multiple channels viz. Digital Marketing, Advertising, Content Marketing, Events, PR, ensuring all marketing material is in line with the company’s brand identity.
• Develop and manage marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Oversee brand development and management, ensuring consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Product Development, and Finance, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Review reports and provide insights to key stakeholders on marketing performance, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and enforce brand guidelines to maintain brand integrity and drive brand equity.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, creating a high-performance culture.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, digital trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to leverage new market opportunities, benchmark against competitors, and make recommendations for market expansion and sustainable growth.
