Legal Director (UAE National)

Job Description

Legal Director will play a key role in shaping the company’s legal strategy, you will build the entire legal department and team from scratch and work very closely with the senior stakeholders across the entity.

Description:

* Provide expert legal advice and guidance to senior executives and departments on complex legal matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement legal strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the organisation’s goals and protect its interests.
* Conduct legal research and analysis, stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations, and proactively advise the organisation on potential legal risks and implications.
* Stay updated on emerging legal trends, regulations, and best practices in the industry, and provide recommendations for proactive measures to mitigate legal risks.
