Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring Utilities Section Head.

What well you do?
– Establish and supervise the maintenance plan and schedules (Preventive & Corrective) for utilities (HVAC, Boilers, plumbing, Compressors, Pumps, Water Station, Forklifts, Firefighting) and infrastructure to ensure the best utilization in the factory.
– Responsible for Machineries Overhauling and enhancing the Overall equipment effectiveness and the plant infrastructure.
– Conducting Risk assessments, site surveys to identify potential issues and risks associated with the operations and maintenance of the plant utilities infrastructure.
– Monitor and coordinate the maintenance work instructions and staff schedules.
– Monitor the factory’s consumption of gas, water and the overall energy usage across the plant.
– Manage and monitor inventory purchasing cycle for spare parts, tools, and equipment.
– Responsible for the team development along with ensuring their adherence for the safety and quality policies and procedures.
