Job Description

Provide administrative support for complex immigration and government affairs related activities.

Key Job Accountabilities :

1. Review, maintain, update, organise, and retrieve data in SAP, Workflow or any other corporate system related to Government Affairs business, ensuring quality and accuracy, and verification of the source of information.
2. Assist superiors in the preparation and compilation of reports, statistics and presentations.
3. Process related online Government Affairs applications using MOI system (residence permit, exit permit, visas etc).
4. Prepare, submit and follow up Government Affairs related applications in various Government departments.
5. Report any challenges or changes in law and regulations which can impact the Company.
6. Develop and maintain databases to record all requests and documents received.
7. Prepare required letters and application forms related to Government Affairs processes.
8. Respond to employees inquiries and update them on their requests.
9. Respond to Emergency calls during off working hours and support employees during the emergency.
10. Ensure excellent customer service to employees and report issues or suggestions for improvement to the Supervisor.
