Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

a) Responsible & accountable for the entire Plant maintenance (Electrical/Mechanical & Utilities, Capex Execution, Building maintenance, Engineering spares parts planning. Lead all Corrective, preventive & proactive maintenance schedules across the entire plant.
b) Work collaboratively with all other functions (Production, Quality, Logistics & Human resource to ensure all Supply chain plan executions.
c) Focus on Repair & maintenance cost reduction, Capex budget planning, EUR/WUR improvement & improvement projects executions across the plant.
