My client a prestigious fit-out company specializing in luxury residential projects, specifically high-end villas and VVIP residencies in Dubai. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and experienced Design Manager/Technical Manager to join their dynamic team.

Job Role:

The job holder will responsible for the point of contact between the Client & Design Team with regards to Interior finishes and materials.

Job Brief:

* Point of contact between the Client & Design Team with regards to Interior finishes and materials.
* Maintain the approval and its revision for all Materials related issues for all Design projects.
* Coordination between the design team for all issues related to the Design projects finishes.
* Coordinate between Procurement team and External material vendors for all Design projects
* Manage the FF&E package for all Design projects during the project lifecycle.
* Coordinates drawing with architectural team and consultants, leads drawings and specification documentation through all phases of the projects.
* Evaluate and recommend suppliers, including evaluating product quality, production capability, sales and support capabilities, and financial stability.
* Updates design library with new products and vendors in order to helps in improving and organizing material library.
