Job Description

• Applying CID Application for Potential Clients/Business Set up.
• Applying Entry Permit, Residence Visa, Visa Renewal, Cancellation to our Clients, free zone.
• Applying company renewals in the portal.
• Being a point of contact for the department: Answering incoming calls as well as email messages.
• Prepares Contracts, Shipment of documents & Other tasks assigned.
• Maintaining department records, including spreadsheets and databases that track suppliers, sales and customers.
• Creating and maintaining sales contracts and agreements in electronic and hardcopy filing system.
