Job Description
We are looking for HR Executives to support our HR and Administrative Dept. in managing our company’s various HR and Admin requirements.
Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills are a must as a Human Resources Executive. As a direct connection to your employees, you must be keenly aware of employee relations ensuring they are healthy throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
• Manage employees’ grievances.
• Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
• Filing employee documents diligently.
• Generating reports and assisting payroll. Ensure all supporting documents for payroll are filed
• Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure timely recruitment of staff.
• Perform background check of new hires and onboarding of new joiners.
• Implement performance review procedures.
