Rixos Qetaifan Island North
Opening in 2023, Rixos Qetaifan Island North will comprise a 345-key hotel, along with a souq encompassing 11,000sqm of leasing space, a beach club, a theme park, and a waterpark. The resort will boast panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Rixos plans to provide a platform for showcasing Qatar as a tourism destination. One of the country’s biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North’s Waterpark attraction. The Icon Tower is the world’s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.
Stage Manager
This position is responsible for providing practical and organizational support throughout the production process of the performances & shows and makes sure that the production runs smoothly.

What you will be doing:
– To provide accurate rehearsal notes following consultation with the Entertainment Manager and distribute them daily to the production and creative teams
– To call cues and possibly performers’ entrances during the shows
– To coordinate all necessary rehearsal calls including fittings and media events
– To produce a prompt copy for cueing the final show piece
– Attend and contribute to production meetings
– To be comfortable interacting with members of the public during the event in order to oversee the smooth running of the performance/ event
– Complying with the health & safety and other policies at all times
– Develop & manage show run sheets
– Ability to interact with celebrities/artists/performers
– Work closely with technical & logistics managers/coordinators
– Document technical systems process and procedures and gets actively involved in promoting new technologies or new systems or procedures
