As a Sales Director, you will be the owner of launching and expanding Terminus International business at Dubai, UAE and the region, and be responsible to build and foster strategic relationship with the key players of the influential companies and the domain experts in their respective industries. Work jointly with the customers to merge business vision with new technologies to enable innovation. And you will be at the forefront of their digital transformations. All of this will require you to orchestrate both external and internal teams so that you will envision the future of your clients to provide services with smarter solutions powered by AI, IoT, and Robotics technologies all connected in the digital world.
You will be responsible for building-up the team based on the needs of business development. You will be the frontier to navigate the break-through business opportunities based on the deep understanding of AI and IoT industries. Developing a repeatable sales model that ensures consistent success and revenue growth. Be responsible and accountable for meeting deadlines. Consider yourself the trusted advisor of the accounts and the strategic partners who are leading our top customers on digital transformation with leading AI and IoT solutions.
This role will be responsible for the following:
Business Strategy- Align with Terminus’ business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting. Understand the customer’s business, business strategy, and industry direction and manage a long-term, sustainable business portfolio.
Sales Opportunities – Accountable for effective sales organization design, including sales job roles, sales channel design, and sales resource deployment.
Digital transformation – Disrupt the mindset of customers and sales teams by bringing innovative ideas that showcase a case for change with Terminus’ unique value proposition.
Relationship Building – Establish long-term relationships – C Level communication and build strategic partnerships with trust and Integrity.
Business Development Expertise – Develop creative and innovative ways to sell Terminus solutions. Qualifying new prospects and channels. Identify sales opportunities within the assigned territory and accounts. Be responsible for revenue growth. Responsible for articulating the joint business plan and business opportunity generation with continuous learning and improvement in targeted industries.
