Job Description
• Support the RtP integration programme by developing and running the training and RtP Staff development programme to transition roles to local BGC staff within agreed timeframes. Includes the development of (in conjunction with Strategy and Planning Manager) a robust RtP succession plan is in place by coordinating with the various RtP Ops team leads and keeping the succession plan record up to date,
• Coach the team accountable for the creation and maintenance of Purchase, Work and Variation Orders to support BGC Asset and Projects activities.
• Lead engagements with CP and other key stakeholders (EPS and third party Engineering Service Companies, Corporate and Asset Teams, Finance, Project Services and Delivery teams) to ensure alignment of purpose, common goals and continuous improvement.
• Work with Finance, Project Services & CP Strategy and Planning to sustain current performance and drive RtP operations excellence and continuous improvement to world-class RtP performance.
• Lead identification and implementation of Continuous Improvement opportunities to improve RtP Effectiveness (i.e. RtP KPI performance), and efficiency.
• To monitor/track progress and performance of the RtP efficiency programme, working with the RtP Ops LT and team leads where needed, and escalating issues for resolution where required.
