– Strengthening the marketing process of credit facilities and coordinating with other units (for the sale of complementary products).
– Improving the profitability of the SME portfolio.
– Manage customer relationships from SMEs to achieve pre-set goals.
– Implementation of field visits to customers of small and medium-sized companies and preparing reports of calls on a regular basis.
– Collect required customer information, documentation, financial statements, and related data for various types of credit reviews.
– Supervising the status of the target customers to ensure their financial ability.
– Preparing and recommending credit applications to ensure adherence to credit policies, and proposals for appropriate risk returns.
– Cooperating with other sectors to provide high-quality service levels and ensure appropriate lead times.
– Follow up on customer complaints and the service recovery process in addition to any other tasks assigned
