The Role
Manage and grow service accounts within an assigned region for Estee Lauder. Provide all services and decisions in order to maximize business for existing accounts and hold strong commercial knowledge. Prospect for new accounts. Effectively collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and profitability objectives while building and holding strong and lasting relationships with third party suppliers.
Requirements
– Achieve sales targets by growing base business and adding new accounts.
– Prospects and gains new accounts
– Building and maintaining relationships with store teams and suppliers with aim of putting customer first.
– Improve account management operational efficiencies to reduce operating expenses and drive profitability on each account
– Provide customers and Employees with general information, product knowledge, company policy / philosophy, training and consultation as required
