Chef De Partie – P.F. Chang’s – Kuwait

The Role:

– As a Chef de Partie for an Alshaya Brand restaurant, you will work within the kitchen team to assist the Sous Chefs in the effective running of the kitchen.
– You will be exposed to a multi-cultural working environment, with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, all sharing English as a common language
– You will be responsible for producing the dishes unique to your chosen brand, and will be influential in catering to a higher class of clientele, delivering to them a bespoke dining experience
– Additionally, you will train and mentor junior members of the kitchen team, as well as be trained by professional chefs in how to deliver an unmatched catering service
