Front Office Supervisor

What you will be doing:

– Assist in daily FO Operations and smooth arrival and departure experience
– Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained
– Regularly review daily reports to proactively lead the operations smoothly
– Liaise with other departments to ensure the highest standard of guest services
– Focused on guest feedback and always on go to improve the guest satisfaction scores
