Major accountabilities of Position
– Maintain consistently high quality studies by planning, coordinating, and managing resources, technical quality, and study progress.
– Lead a team of Engineers on multi-discipline feasibility and conceptual engineering studies
– Provide engineering consultancy services, both internally and to external clients
– Contribute to the development and management of the study timelines, resources, budget, risk and quality plans.
– Provide services to clients and ensure strategic alignment in the development of business solutions
– Design and facilitate client workshops and meetings
– Adhere to the global and regional practice strategies for the consultancy practice.
– Plan and coordinate resources necessary to complete project implementation and preparation of proposals
– Establishes study milestones and ensures accurate tracking and reporting of study metrics.
– Delivers the operational elements of the study plan.
– Promote the consultancy practice and Advisian brand.
– Evaluate customers business needs, thus contributing to strategic planning
– Identify business opportunities with existing clients
– Keep up to date with market/environment trends
– Identify innovative and unique strategies to support the growth and competitive advantage of the consultancy practice
– Perform thorough analysis to identify potential value creating opportunities, developing cohesive conclusions and presenting key findings at the executive level
– Provide specialised advice and guidance to clients
– Provide innovative methodologies and processes and \’look outside the square\’
– Participate, and represent Advisian, in relevant industry/discipline conferences and conventions.
